ORGANIC Sticky Rice Oolong is a rare and extraordinary tea from the mountainous Chiang Rai region of Northern Thailand, where ancient tea traditions meet exceptional terroir. This is not your typical oolong — it’s a carefully crafted fusion of two remarkable ingredients that produces a cup with an incomparable, intensely aromatic character.

Jinxuan Oolong (90%) — a prized Thai oolong variety — is blended with the leaves of the Nuo Mi Chiang plant (Strobilanthes Nivea Craib, 10%), a herb traditionally used to impart the distinctive, intoxicating scent of cooked sticky rice. The tea leaves are first oxidized for approximately 8 hours, then the blend is fermented together for another 16 hours — a meticulous process that results in a pleasantly mellow, smooth cup with an intense, lingering rice aroma that is truly one of a kind.
