Fruit infusion, flavoured
Already in the first millennium AD, the Tibetans treasured the valuable sea buckthorn fruit, which spread across Mongolia and Russia to Europe. Since the Middle Ages, the berry has been grown on the coasts of the North and Baltic Seas. From the beginning of August until the beginning of December, the plant produces the characteristic 6 to 8 mm oval berries. Sea buckthorn is also known as willow thorn, thorn thorn, audorn, pheasant berry, hawthorn, red blackthorn and sandberry.

Ingredients: sea buckthorn peel (40%), mango bits (30%) (mango, sugar, acidiﬁer: citric acid), pineapple bits (pine- apple, sugar, acidiﬁer: citric acid), lime peel (5%), natural ﬂavouring, ﬂavouring.
Preparation: 2 tsp per cup, temp. 100°C (212°F), brewing time: 6-10 minutes.
